Here I am selling clothes and accessories designed by me, which are hand-made in Canada by employees paid over minimum wage. There is so much love in every item!
I have worked with 5 other suppliers in the past, but when I ordered a few sample crop tops and skirts from the Canadian supplier I use now, it was pure love. It was genuinely the best quality, most comfortable clothing I had ever worn. It has been a year now, and I have had hundreds of orders, and the feedback has been all completely positive.
They have incredible customer service as well. One time there was a computer glitch when I was doing a test design, and it was visible on the print and they completely refunded me on the spot. They work on a case-by-case basis for defective items, more on that below, but I was very pleased with their friendly, fast response.

I stand behind these items. They are high quality goods hand made in Canada by employees paid over minimum wage. They are all guaranteed to be free from damage or defects. If your item is damaged when you opened it, and was not damaged by you from opening or wearing it, you can email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line and email body with attached photos showing the damage.
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. All garments are printed and made-to-order. Replacements will not be issued if the incorrect size was ordered. Please choose the correct size by referring to the Sizing Guide on the product page. All items sold on amandabicket.bigcartel.com are final sale, so ensure you choose the correct size.
All items sold in my shop are handmade and cannot be refunded (they are final sale). We can’t offer refunds or exchanges. Also, since all items are hand printed, there may be variations between or even within an order.
To request damaged items be replaced, you must reach out via email to [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. Failure to do so may result in being unable to assist in replacements due to manufacturer guidelines. A lost item due to incorrect shipping details being included is not the responsibility of myself or my affiliates, and not a case that can be resolved by us. You can contact your post office to assist in retrieving the package. For lost items, if the shipping information was correct, make contact within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to resolve this issue.
When making contact by email with an issue, please include photos for reference (if applicable). Please include your order number for reference in the subject line and body text of the email.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. We will not cover the shipping cost of a returned item, but under some circumstances the manufacturer will cover this expense.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, ship out between 5 and 8 days (excluding Canadian holidays) and shipping time varies depending on destination: USA (2 to 6 business days), Canada (2 to 8 business days), Remote locations in USA and Canada (up to 20 business days), International (10 to 21 business days but it could have delays at customs, and some countries hold packages at the post office until inquired by the customer). You the customer are responsible for paying any custom, duty, or other fees associated with the delivery of your package. Please be aware of your local laws.
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and/or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services, but are happy to do everything possible to work with you and the postal system to correct orders. Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. Any items damaged during the opening of your parcel are your responsibility.
